I can fix OS level issues on your PC running the following environments:
* GNU/Linux (any distribution)
* Windows (3.1 -> 10)

Remote control using VNC, RDP or Teamviewer will be required.
Physical intervention is also possible near Poitiers, France.

Feel free to ask for more peculiar operating systems (FreeDOS, FreeMiNT, etc...)
